LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty duration for a repair involving the installation of both brake pads and rotors on a single wheel is 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs earlier) starting from the date of your repair or replacement. Throughout this warranty period, we will either replace or repair any newly installed part that malfunctions due to material or workmanship defects under regular usage or service conditions following installation.
What’s Not Covered
- All repairs that do not involve the simultaneous installation of both brake pads and rotors on a single wheel, such as when only pads are installed without rotors. The warranty duration is 90 days or 3,000 miles (whichever happens first) starting from the date of your repair or replacement.
- Failure due to: accident or collision; misuse, abuse or modification; chemical fallout; salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; marine use; and damages caused by other faulty parts.
- Instances resulting from not following the recommended reporting, monitoring, and maintenance instructions provided by a Woody’s technician.
- Parts under manufacturer’s recall for a related problem.
- No part or labor is warranted if damaged by commercial type service or use, including but not limited to: abusive treatment, towing, deliveries, or public transport.
- Parts installed on vehicles used for off-road or racing purposes.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Used or salvage parts.
- Parts not serviced by Woody’s. Warrantied parts must be sourced through Woody’s.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES UNINTENTIONAL, SECONDARY, EXCEPTIONAL, OR RESULTANT HARMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO BODILY INJURIES OR PROPERTY HARM, TIME LOSS, INABILITY TO USE THE VEHICLE, DISCOMFORT, EXPENSES RELATED TO RENTAL VEHICLES, TOWING EXPENSES, OR ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES RESULTING FROM A FLAW IN OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PART.
Should components installed by a Woody’s technician undergo any post-installation work by a different individual or if they are tampered with in any way by someone other than a Woody’s technician, the warranty becomes null and void, and the customer is liable for the cost of new parts and labor.
This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure, and it represents Woody’s total liability for any warranted part. WOODY’S DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. Some states may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so any implied warranties applicable to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Additionally, some states may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential damages. Therefore, the information above may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific rights, and you may have other rights that vary depending on your state of residence. Woody’s does not authorize anyone to alter the terms, conditions, or exclusions of this warranty. If any provision of this warranty becomes invalid or unenforceable due to any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by local law, the remedies outlined in this Limited Warranty Policy are the customer’s exclusive remedies.
